Since the beginning of the school year Cordova Gardens Elementary 5th grader Nyla Sutton also known as “The Voice of Gardens” reads the student bulletin announcement that features a Science Fact of the Day. This month in honor of February being Black History Month, Principal John Bliss thought it would be great to highlight African-American scientists and inventors daily during the bulletin.
