Defining 2020:
We are not able to be in the studio, use our studio cameras or be together. We recorded in class over zoom and with our phones, coordinated interviews, adjusted scripts online and brainstormed how to keep it conversational when apart.
Educational Message:
This Tiger Talk was made to connect students in a difficult time, including spotlighting some ways to stay connected like joining a school club and share tips on staying motivated that we heard our peers need. We also wanted to show some personality and bring some holiday cheer to boost our class spirits. We felt it’s important to keep these shows going and put our spin on it. We did a pre-holiday theme to keep it upbeat while informing and make it different than other school news, including editing a holiday theme over the content. Students were really down and we wanted to help with our news.
