The San Juan Unified School District believes in supporting and developing our staff who want to grow into a leadership role or are new leaders within our district. San Juan Unified, in partnership with the San Juan Professional Educators Coalition and the San Juan Teachers Association, offers pathways to building leadership capacity within our district through the Cultivating Leaders Seminar Series.This program provides monthly workshops, shadowing opportunities, mentoring and opportunities to engage in leadership roles.
