Los Rios Colleges Convocation 2015-16
The Los Rios Colleges and its students, staff and faculty are integral to the education and prosperity of the greater Sacramento region. As Los Rios celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2015, more than 1.2 million students have studied at one or more of its colleges in the last half century and many of them have remained and thrived in the region. To a great extent, as goes Los Rios so goes the Sacramento region. And Chancellor King uses the convocation to lay out his “State of the District” address and the direction that he wants to lead the District in the year ahead.
