This December 2018 you’ll see Folsom High freshman Lauren Wiegand in a PSA and ads around Sacramento County for the Future Forward Campaign an anti-marijuana campaign for youth in Sacramento County. The Sacramento County Coalition for Youth , who runs the Future Forward Campaign just released their Holiday PSA, in an effort to deter teens from smoking marijuana or drinking while on winter break from school. The PSA is showing in Century Theatres, on TV, on billboards and posters throughout Sacramento County all December. Weigand explains in this video why she wanted to become involved in this campaign to discourage her peers from drug use.
