The Elk Grove Unified School District has two Teachers of the Year 2020. Julie Fong teaches K-6 Special Education at Elk Grove Elementary School. Julie was also selected as one of two Sacramento County Teachers of the Year to advance to the statewide competition.
The Sacramento County Teachers of the Year program recognizes excellence in teaching within the county’s schools. Participating districts nominate individual teachers to receive this special recognition.
