Dietary Manager program at American River College

The ARC The Dietary Manager/Dietary Service Supervisor option has been approved by the Dietary Managers Association and meets the requirements for the California State Department of Health Services. Certificate holders are eligible to join the Dietary Managers Association. A School Food Service Supervisor option is also available from the college.
