LGBTQ + Ally Program is a program designed to help participants learn: LGBTQ terminology and the importance of continued post-training education; how to recognize stereotypes, privileges, and intersectional identities; effective allyship strategies to support LGBTQ people on and off campus; and LGBTQ resources on campus.
