This year, the culminating “Academy Awards of Sacramento” event represents a year-long media production effort for over 1000 students from over 50 schools throughout the Sacramento region. With over 640 entries this year, statuettes were awarded to the top educational videos submitted in five categories (Creative Expression, Documentary, Instructional, Public Service Announcements, and School News) spread across all grade levels – from Kindergarten to High School. Special recognition was paid to students whose video spoke to “Defining 2020.” View the program for information about our hosts and fabulous student presenters.
