The WEAVE Confidential Advocate program provides services and supports for students at the Los Rios colleges: American River, Cosumnes River, Folsom Lake, and Sacramento City. The Los Rios partnership with WEAVE provides students who have experienced sexual assault or domestic violence with in-person support, information about all of their reporting options, and links to other survivor resources. Together, we are committed to creating and maintaining a safe environment that is free of sexual harassment or violence and supports survivors.
WEAVE is the primary provider of crisis intervention services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Sacramento County. It is our mission to build a community that does not tolerate sexual assault, domestic violence and sex trafficking and provides survivors with the support they need to be safe and thrive. We stand ready to provide support and help for any student who needs it.
