Educational Message: I wish to expose everyone to the benefits of controlled breathing and everything it has to offer from physiological to psychological benefits. Through this documentary, I explored the history of breathwork and explained the physical effects. Students will benefit from the simple technique that one of the instructors explains during the video. It is rare to find such a valuable skill that is free, portable and can be practiced by all.
