Program Idea: My program evolved from being A Day in the Life of a Teacher of the Year and I would showcase what Mr. La Marr would do in a day, to What it Takes to be an Award-Winning Teacher which showcases all the properties of an award-winning teacher.
Message: I wish to teach people the character traits of a great teacher. I wish to also teach people that great teachers should get recognized.
